Installation Summary
- Prep Adapters: Seat the 120 mm bolt in the adapter’s hex pocket. Install lower seals with the “V” facing outward. Mount adapters to the throttle body using the four 25 mm bolts. Install upper seals (“V” groove up) and thread the two 150 mm studs opposite the 120 mm bolts to approximately the same height.
- Breather Base & Spacers: Slide the base over the studs, add both spacers, and snug the four jam nuts until the base flushes against the adapter/seal interface.
- Breather: Seat the breather fully inside the base before installing the top plate to prevent damage.
- Top Plate: Install the plate over the studs and tighten the four M6 Nylock nuts evenly.
