RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for the following situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund posts
- Contact your bank — processing time may delay posting

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at spencer@sharpengllc.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you’re shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
